KidsInclusive's vision is to empower children and youth with special needs to reach their full potential in our community. Our mission is to, in partnership with families and communities, foster the potential of children and youth who have physical and/or developmental challenges.
On this form parents and professionals can refer to the SmartStart Hub as well as Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, the Infant and Child Development Program, Coordinated Services Planning, Autism Services, and the FASD Worker Program.
Professionals in the community such as educators, primary care providers, and other community partners can also request service for other programs. Click "More information for professional referral sources" below.
